Night of the Living Deadlift

NAVSTA Great Lakes MWR Fitness will be hosting a Night of the Living Deadlift party on Thursday, October 29 from 4 to 7 PM at Building 4 Courts Plus. Come test your strength and enjoy a Halloween themed doughnut. Deadlifts will be judge by the same standard as the 1000/500 lbs. rules. Chalk is allowed but will not be provided by MWR staff. Any dead lifters using straps will not be eligible for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place prizes. Winners will be determined by weight classes as categorized for men and women in the NSGL 1000/5000 lbs. Club. The first 50 participants will receive a doughnut. Registration is required; walk-ins are available if event spots are available. Walk-ins will not be accepted after 6:30 PM. This event is open to all eligible male and female NSGL patrons.
