Great Lakes - Storage Lots
**ATTENTION MWR CUSTOMERS**

Due to an ongoing phone and internet outage, the Marina and Community Recreation Office (Bldg. 13) is unable to process transactions or receive phone calls and voicemails. This outage has impacted our ability to support customer services including the purchasing of tickets, payments for contract renewals, gear rentals, and RV campground reservations. We are diligently working with installation communications partners to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience.
For Tickets and Travel needs, please feel free to contact the MWR Tickets and Travel Office nearest to your attraction destination for support. For Orlando attractions such as Disney and Universal, the Naval Station Mayport Tickets and Travel Office can provide special assistance for Great Lakes patrons. They can be reached at 904-270-5145.

The Outdoor Recreational Storage Lots offer short and long term storage for vehicles, boats, trailers, and campers at Great Lakes. Contracts are offered for no less than (4) months and not to exceed (12) months, or past the end of the fiscal year, September 30th. A capacity policy has been put in to effect that implements a priority rating system, placing Active Duty personnel in the first priority category. To register for a storage space with MWR, please be prepared to show proof of vehicle registration, current insurance, and to pay in full at the time of contracting.
